Defective or Damaged Product:

If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, contact us by phone or email. Please explain the problem with your purchase in your email before sending the item back. You will need an RMA number in order to return your damaged package.

Most products are shipped First Class USPS or Priority Mail within Unites States and Puerto Rico. Products are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days of the order if your order is not a custom order. Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival. If your order is a custom order, your order will be shipped within a week, depending on volume and complexity of the job.

International orders may require additional postage. If shipping charges to your country is more than what we charge through this online store, you will be notified of any additional charges. Items will not ship unless all shipping charges are also paid in full.
